When I picked up the device to take home, Kyle was very thorough and explained everything in detail on what would occur. The only thing I had occur (that we didn't discuss) was after I put the unit on, the finger probe connection came off; I figured out how to put that connection back. When returning the unit Saturday morning, the tech (sorry, I don't remember her name) made the return very simple and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.Â

The sleep study was difficult...but I survived it!!! Follow up and customer service was fantastic.. they recommended yoga nidra and that turned out to be the best thing ever! Thank youÂ
