Staff was very nice and helped know how to take care of my problems I had with my machine. It had never been put in my.name. Dr was very considerate and did what he could do They could not read my SD card because it was not in my name

Overall I'm satisfied with the services. My only concern is that the cash price for a routine visit is $180. They charged me $90 up front before running a claim through my insurance. That is a lot of money for a simple 10 minute follow up with the MD. Thank goodness it is just once a year. Since they estimated my out of pocket amount, I may end up with a credit balance with Valley Sleep Center at which point I will have to deal with their billing department.
