Dr Alvarez and Cheyenne were compassionate and professional. They treated my dog, Reese with special care. They explained Reese's diagnosis, treatments and answered all my questions thoroughly and sincerely. This was my first visit to Valley Veterinary Clinic although it was an emergency, I definitely would recommend them and I will use them again in the future.
My first encounter with the Woodsons was in 1985 when they took over the practice, and the care of Shane our 11 yr old lab/setter mix and a 3yr old Australian shepherd Athena. I found them to be warm, friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Alvarez was exceptional with her service.
The entire staff was attentive and professional. My 8 week old puppy had an emergent issue arise on a Saturday and they were able to see me right away.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The vet even called me while I was waiting to tell me the test results would be ready in 5 more minutes. It was a very good experience.
