We had an emergency with my 9 year old lad/dox mix. They got us in the very next morning. All the saff were so kind and respectful to all three of us. My baby even walked in with no hesitation, now given she is a pretty laid back dog, but she has always showen some kind of fear when going to the vet. she had no fear at all with them.
