I think you guys did & awesome JOB!!!!!! From checking in to the dentist & also educating me further about the insurance. Also out of pocket pay everything up front. Dr Patel is awesome sense of humor him & his assistant. I’m sooo happy 😃 the reason why I gave a 4 star was I felt it was to many people coming in & that made me feel uncomfortable. People are courteous, polite, good working ethics. Please is clean. The hygienist is fast and gentle. She is good Her name is Denise.

As always very professional staff, excellent Dentist Dr Hazel and Rowena, her assistant. I’m glad you have installed air filters/ air purifier. My personal opinion though, I had an appointment 2weeks ago and today, And I noticed that there were several pts in the waiting area. I just felt very uncomfortable even with social distancing. As a RN myself, I understand the preventive measures you have in place. I just wished or hoped that maybe, pts shld not be held to wait in the waiting room.
