I like going here and everyone is friendly the only issue i have is you guys are so stricked and tight when it come to paying, I do not make a lot of $ and it takes some time to get 150$ for one visit and i kind of feel bad when I'm asked "when will you have the $ to pay us", it makes me feel like i am pressured into paying right away and also like you dont trust your patients, Its tuff out here now days and people just dont have 150$ in there pockets anymore. But otherwise its a great place to go to.
Its a ok place i like it because you're close to home, but the only issue i have is that you expect a 150$ payment the day of appointment and people just dont have that kind of moneu anymore its tuff out here and you need to give a little time for the payment, and i dont like when they ask you when will you have the money or how long will it take for us to get are money, thats not cool at all,

In my several visits to Valley View Dental I have been treated with the utmost kindeness, professionalism and courtesy.
ONe word: EXCELLENT! I had two different dental hygienists work on me on two different occasions. Both were terrific.
Always good never have any problems here.
The staff really made me and my family feel comfortable.
I would like to praise the staff of Valley View Dental. Monday evening my son who is 4 yo old fell onto his face and disturbed his front teeth. One was dislodge and appeared to be pushed up into his gum line. He was bleeding and we both were scared. The front desk staff calmly took us back immediately and a doctor saw us quite promptly. I work in the medical field and knowing that the injury that my son aquiered was not serious. Scary for us, but not serious.
