Everyone I interacted with was so nice! Dr. Rhim was incredible, she listened to my issues, and had an action plan before I even left after my appt.

Great experience! Dr. U put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable.
Absolutely worst attitude. First the dental hygienist asked me about problems and then said that we would only look at one problem as they were only told about one problem and that too in very rude tone which was very odd. She also gave me hard time when taking xray. Dentist was nice and looked at all problems and said that he can take care of root canal in same appointment. At this point hygienist jumped it and said that they have other patients. Dentist said that we have an hour before next patient and he can take care of... read more
The customer service is very poor and showed no professional manners and etiquette in answering phone calls. Today, I called three times around afternoon and the customer agent who picked up the phone was very rude and kept dropping my call every time I talk to her instead of saying “ can I put you on hold for a moment” I understand days can be rough sometimes and busy but at least address the customer in a proper manner and in a professional way….We are new in the valley view dental family and this is very frustrating…. Didn’t even bother doing a diagnostic test for me. They replaced my fillings even though i was told by Dr. Lee that it wasn’t causing the pain i had been feeling. Just another money move by a dentist.
