Arrogant Bully If you enjoy arrogant bully tactics and gaslighting, this is the place to buy your next car! I really wanted to give Van a chance to redeem themselves of everything I had heard about them. However today, when attempting to contact a salesman to continue a month-long discussion about a new vehicle, the "Sales Manager" hijacked the deal. NEVER GOING BACK The upped the price of the car but said they would sell it to me for the price I had screenshot 2 or 4 days earlier. Agree on a price and we sign the agreement as does the sales manager to be told buy another person that we have to pay $598 for an optional service they had already done on the car. Wanted the car because it was a Subaru certified used car. Tires were bald on the outside. Dealership would only change them out if I paid another $800. I made a comment about the value of the car. Buyer beware The service department is a fraud buyer beware of unneeded service sold. My friend that just lost her husband brought her car here for service. They sold her a front and rear diff service for $247. Her car has 16k on miles and service is not due until 30k on miles. I contacted Service department to question this service and they said it was dirty. First off all diff fluid is dirty at 16k. It's they velocity that matters. If there is anything abnormal then something must be wrong with the diff in that case it sho... read more

Service not preformed PSA: Please do not buy a car from these people you are wasting your time. Use them as as show room and leverage that at another dealership. They do not stand behind their word or their product. Let me tell you about my experience at Van Subaru. After purchasing our car we were told to come back for the “New Car Detail” So a month goes by and we finally get to it. We live an hour away. charged for work that was not done Took my Crosstrek for oil change, tire rotation and to have bulb replaced in tail light assembly. The next day the tail light bulb was still out and when I complained I was informed I need waste another whole morning sitting while they change the bulb again. I am searching for another place to take my vehicle.

Internet prices NOT TRUE & NO NEGOTIATING!! If you believe what's on the internet, stop right there. They will take that price and add fees close to $1000 more! Also, they pull a KBB price even higher than that, and refuse to negotiate! Horrible used car dept. mgr. Save yourself the trip and time. Go elsewhere. If I could, I'd give no stars!

Service advisor rude and unknowlegeable Son's new STI had a problem and visited all three area dealers none of whom treated us very well or resolved the problem. The absolute worst was Van's. I absolutely would not buy a car from them and experience with the others (Olathe and Lee's Summit) have me reconsidering buying a Subaru, period.

Trying to buy a Subaru I have not been happy with the sales service. The fiugures of my trade changed from week to week . Return calls take weeks. I have choose to look at other Dealerships.
