I am writing to express my concern regarding the billing for my recent deep cleaning and root planing treatment on July 28, 2025, scheduled for 12:20 p.m. While the treatment itself was fine, I was disappointed to find that I was charged an additional $35 for extra time—without prior notice or justification.
