Was dreading the discomfort of my appointment for a “deep cleaning”. Wasn’t really clear what would be done, but was aware of the deep inflamed pockets between my teeth, Was greeted by Sylvain who was new to me, but who greeted me with jokes about dental appointments and had me laughing before I was in the chair.
