I have no complaints about this dealership. I received a response from a real person quickly and also received ample follow-up. We chose not to buy the car based on our own reassessed needs, not on the car itself or the dealership's business practices. If their inventory included a car in our budget that fit our needs, we would have considered Vandergriff Honda.
