Service Rep. Hung Ho was excellent! He understood my situation and recommended the service that I needed for that day, and said I could bring it back at my convenience!! Never had a service person ever tell me that!

Augustine was efficient and great to work with with on my approval. Mrs Cruz in Finanace was thorough and considerate when breaking down my finance and obtain the best warranty available for the cost. Overall would recommend Vandergriff, I left a happy customer.
