Great and very professional experience
It was my first visit to the service dept and it was easier to locate. I had made an appointment and I was given the process. Van took care of my CR-V. I also purchased vinyl high-wall floor mats from the parts dept and Bruce even helped me install them. In and out in about one hour. Very pleased with team's help.
The service was very good. No issues.
Covid has brought about a lot of changes, including customer service.
