The wait was a little long before we were able to get everything finish but other than that it was ok

Wait time was slow due to previous days backup, however, the lounge was comfortable, free beverages, TV, wi-fi and the customer cafeteria helped pass the time. My Service Attendant provided frequent updates as to the progress of my auto and one (1) part requiring replacement was "gratis". Thank You, HONDA!

The young man assigned was professional but not a people person. He seemed easily distracted by co-workers opinion of his attire and forgot to keep me updated. I had to follow-up with him about the status of my vehicle. I always wait and will continue to wait until service is complete because vehicles slip through the cracks.
