It was my first visit to the service dept and it was easier to locate. I had made an appointment and I was given the process. Van took care of my CR-V. I also purchased vinyl high-wall floor mats from the parts dept and Bruce even helped me install them. In and out in about one hour. Very pleased with team's help.
