The service advisor is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop runs very efficiently and strives to be on time. Regarding this service, they completed it within the time they estimated, which was one hour. I have been using this service for a long time, even though there is a closer Honda dealership/service only a few miles from my home. I prefer to drive the longer distance Knowing I will get great service. I have purchased my last few Honda Accords from this dealership as well.
The entire experience was good. Vandergriff Honda has redefined what a car repair experience should be.
