We adore Rachel! She has been coloring and cutting my hair and now my daughter for 10 years! I am always the happiest when I leave Vanilla Salon! I get asked about my coloring a lot and I don't hesitate to recommend!

They delete your review first of all. They also don’t allow you to reschedule. If you reschedule they block you. They sit and talk about each other the entire time you are there. Not a good place.
I had an appointment scheduled with Lauren for a Friday afternoon. The day before the appointment, she texted me saying she had to reschedule to the following Friday. I understand things come up sometimes, so I said that was fine. The next Friday arrived and she texted me one hour before my appointment to say she had to reschedule me again for over a week later.
