Highly professional, warm and welcoming staff. This is the opposite of the old and dreary days of dentistry! My only suggestion: Get Glide floss. Really, why use that old rope between my teeth anymore?
During my procedures I loved it when Dr. Chen explained every steps that she was taking. But at the middle, she kind of got busy and forgot the explanation. Over all it was great and she did a perfect job.
Donna is great! The whole office is great!
I have used Dr. Van for years. Her practice is the best. I have recommended her happily to friends and none have been disappointed.
I just moved in this area and went to the office to visit the first time. I like the ambience of the office. the receptionists are very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Chang was a very friendly as well. I am also impressed with the office's online appointment system. I had to change my appointment time after work hours, and they called me the first thing in the morning when they saw my message. I am definitely going back to Dr. Chang again for future services.
I had a cleaning yesterday and it was as pleasant of an experience as you can have at the dentist. Donna is just a sweetheart. I move every few years because my husband is in the military and I am so glad Dr. Van's office was recommended to me when we moved to the area.
I tip my hat to Donna, she always does a great job cleaning. Dr. Chang's follow up is thorough and friendly.
Friendly a usual. They even stayed a little late to fix my tooth so I wouldn't have to reschedule.
I had a dental cleaning with Donna - she is absolutely great - meticulous, gentle and you get great results. I highly recommend her and the whole practice.
