Every single staff member was kind, efficient and respectful. Dr Goswami is a fine gentleman, good listener and explains everything. His mannerisms and skills makes for a smooth and easy procedure.

I'm a fairly technical person (but only took one electrical engineering class). He adjusted to more technical terms when I asked questions about the waveform and communicated in a way that I understood--not just glossing over things at a surface level.
Everyone in this office is friendly, compassionate and truly cares about their patients! Everyone explains what they are doing and makes sure you are comfortable about what is taking place. Dr. Goswami and his staff are the best!
Dr. Goswami is the kind of doctor you hope to see whn you walk in the door of a medical facility. He introduced himself right away & confirmed & explained exactly what would be going on with me and around me. He asked if I had questions & encouraged me to ask at any point the procedure. He told me exactly what he was doing before he did it and made sure the local anesthesia had me as numb as possible.
