The experience with the procedure was great. Very knowledgeable and experienced—he was a professional and made me feel very assured. The receptionist in person was nice, and accommodating. I also like my physician who comes with a high recommendation from my Dr. The problem is you cannot get through to make-change appointments or talk with anyone on the phone.
