This dentistry continues to exceed expectations. You get the impression that staff are not simply 'hired' to fill positions, but that vetting is conducted ensuring all individuals have the value systems in order to provide this level of service. Today I met Stacy. What a AAA star associate she is. I felt like a gold star executive VIP. Now, the front desk person did not go the extra 'mile' for me, but she did run out several yards from the front door to give me my new mouth guard. Rather needed that.
