Had a good sales and installation process with Venture. Did a lot of research and window shopping but was sold on the process from Brent. He was upfront and candid about how other companies negotiate by signing an agreement up front while my contract with with Venture was more a commitment to sign later if I am happy with the evaluation. Great people to work with It was a great no hassle experience. The crew came out and installed the system with no mess. I received regular updates on my new system.
I recommend Venture Solar. The sales experience was excellent. The product is excellent quality. The installers were very courteous, quick and neat. Everything that was under their control happened in a timely manner, however from the time I signed the contract to the time of final approval and start of solar production was nine months, more than four months longer than anticipated. Awesome service Great service. The measure if a good company is how they handle a problem. Venture Solar did a great job responding to and resolving an issue with on of its partners. Every thing they did was great from the sales team to tech support to installation and system approvals. Can’t recommend them enough.
