I have lived here for almost 5 years and I truly love it ! The staff have always been helpful,and friendly.Maintenance is performed in a timely manner.The view from our balcony is wonderful.Our neighbors are great.The parking leaves a little to be desired but other than that I have nothing negative to say,and I will continue to live here as long as I can afford to.

I have lived here for 4 months and love it. Love the location, walking distance to downtown Littleton. Great sushi place across the street. Right off Santa Fe and the light rail for easy access to downtown denver. I love my wood burning fire place. Maintenance guys are great. Office staff is always great. Most of all Verona made it super easy for me when I was moving in from out of state. No complaints! I love it here

Dont move here!! Toilets not connected to the floor, attached are photos nasty vents that caused me breathing problems, carpets were already destroyed, shelves broken, locks wouldnt work, keyhole painted over, dog shit all over the property, leaking ceiling with mold, trash all over the parking lot, never any parking, and water heater always went out. I hate living here!!! Appliances are ALWAYS breaking, and it takes maintenance weeks to respond to a work order. The apartment is cheaply mad and looks nothing like pictures shown. Plumbing seems to be backed up ALWAYS, because I am constantly having to clean the bathroom and take care of constant clog.Kitchen and bathrooms are gross and the apartments should replace there rugs as well as they are also gross as well. Oh where to start. We moved in and the place was filthy. Hair everywhere including the freezer. Our fridge has broken twice. Our room has flooded twice from the toilet and the office staff refuses to fix the issue. There was 3 inches of standing water in our bedroom and told me they wouldn't replace the carpet. They won't even get off their ass to go look at the damage which is 20 feet from the leasing office. Mold is now everywhere in our bedroom due to the flooding. If you could give a place 0 stars that would be great. The garbage disposal has been broken for months and maintenance has come along and we were told that a plumber came fix it but that wasn't true. Whenever we use the food spews out and it smells like vomit. The toilet stops working very frequently. One night we got locked out of the apartment because the latch broke and it took them 4 hours to get us in. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Terrible parking and black mold in the apartments due to water damage. The people in charge have just left this place to rot. Avoid.

I will start by saying that I didn't even get a chance to live in these apartments but after reading the other reviews, I am glad I didn't. I started my apartment search in March so that I would find a good price before the summer increase. I was really excited by what I saw and thought the staff was very friendly when I first toured the complex. I was told to apply right there on the spot in order to hold the price I was quoted. Before moving here we thought this would be a great community, the pictures were great and when we toured the property we loved it and its amenities, especially the dog wash. However our stay here has been a nightmare. From the day we moved in we constantly called about our upstairs neighbors being loud, so loud that our pictures on the wall shake from their games and music, letting their dog shit anywhere and not cleaning it up, and finally them destroying some of our property.
