After 14 years of being a loyal client I am sadly moving on from Vetcall.. Dr Mark is amazing and always has been but the office staff are incompetent, rude and very unhelpful. The staff that were working there a few years ago were amazing and knew their job so it’s disappointing to have to leave due to these reasons.
