RecommendedI just wanted to say thank you very much for taking care of our dog. Her name was Rosie. You guys diagnosed her with a bite from a deer tick and she is doing better and up and running around like a puppy again not things to Mountain shadow veterinarian that was our veterinarian for over seven years denied to take care of her. We will always use you guys as our veterinarian.
Dr. Steve is the most patient and thorough vets I've met. It's always a pleasure dealing with him and his staff!
We just started going to Vetcetera this year and are absolutely so happy and pleased! Dr. Steve and his staff have been so nice and welcoming to our family, our dog was always terrified of the vet and on our 1st visit she was comfortable and ended up leaving with a wagging tail! My Izzi was there a few weeks ago for some concerns I had with her back legs. She’s 11 and Dr Steve was so gentle with her as always. She was diagnosed with arthritis and the team was so good with explaining the supplements ❤️
The 1rst person, our Bella, met was Aunt Pam. She was so wonderful with our sweet little kitten. She treated her as if she were her own family. What a wonderful personality and caring heart. Then we met Dr. Steve, another beautiful soul. He gave Bella a clean bill of health after bloodwork and a shot. I was quite surprised by the thoughtfulness and caring that Vetcetera presented to us. All the staff is awesome and caring. JESS always goes above and beyond to be sure our pups are well and happy! We could not ask for better care! Whenever we have had a health issue, Jess always took us under her wing and did what she could to help us out. The office is always clean and welcoming. Even when they are short staffed and overworked, they are still willing to treat you as if you are the only patient they have.
