RecommendedVets Guardian was awesome. They did all of the heavy lifting, and stayed diligently in contact throughout the entire process. We highly recommend using their services to take on the behemoth known as the VA. Now, the VA moves at a relative snails pace, and keeps you in the dark. I caught myself logging into va.gov a couple times per day, hoping to see some sort of update.
