Very friendly, I felt genuine concern from every employee I talked too, they where easy going and relatable, quick to get me answers, and explained the whole process. I had been trying for over a year to increase my rating, but would always get denied for lack of information, Veterans Guardian helped me complete every detail untill the claim was ready to be submitted. They are AWESOME. They were able to get me from 80% to 100% and within a yr after I was rated Totally and Permanently Disabled. They will give you guidance on what you will need for your exams and they will keep you informed on every step of the process. Again thank you for everything.
