An excellent vet practice with a loving and caring team of both vets, technicians and office staff!! Have seen Dr. Knapp since the late 90's for all my dogs. I am now on dogs 6 and 7. Great care and service. I highly reccommend!!

Every time we go to this Animal Hospital, we are treated like special VIP's. I LOVE Dr. Knapp. She is a caring, kind, patient and loving Dr. to her patients. Everyone in this clinic treat us very well each and every time we have to visit. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go to this clinic with their fur babies.

We had our Boo' in for an injection, physical, and nail trim. Everyone from checking in to checking out was kind, courteous and upbeat. When Boo' got anxious they were patient and calm. During his nail trim he only allowed 3 feet to be trimmed. Dr Knapp took her time and trimmed the 4th one. Overall a very good visit.

I brought my Dreamer to be examined. The staff was very helpful and friendly they answer all my questions for his care. Very nice and clean environment I would recommend any family and friends any day. Great Doctor.

The doctors here are Absolutely wonderful. The staff answering the phone treats you like family. While they are juggling hysterical pet owners constantly calling within emergencies. At least we think they're emergencies and they treat us so sweet and special. I love this place all of my pets come here.

Have never had any Vets (since moving to Shreveport) that compared to those at Veterans Memorial. Dr. Athens, Dr. Knapp, and several I can’t recall the names but all were exceptional in their care and concern for your animal! Not all vets are like those at Veterans Memorial! And Pat at the front desk was such a perfect fit for that position! Loved all of them! My first visit was in 1983!❤️❤️

Father Kenneth Howard, This is my first experience at VMDAH. I would recommend the warm and friendly atmosphere. You and your pet are treated like family. They are wonderful and caring people. I boarded one of my dogs and he was well cared for....got lots of attention. They take great care of your pet. I couldn't give a more positive review, because it a 5+ out of 5.
