Just made a phone call to ask a couple questions about my cat. I get lots of anxiety over the phone but the guy i talked to was very nice and patient and seemed to really care. I will definitely be going through this vet in the future. (:

I think if a corporation treats their staff the way they treated Dr. Smith there is a good chance that philosophy will also include clients and their pets. Why would we choose such a clinic to care for our beloved pets!!!
We have been taking our dog to Veterinary Associates for the last 7 years. We've experienced nothing but excellent care from our primary veterinarian, Dr. Kunzweiler, as well as her partners. Whenever we have an urgent need, they're always able to squeeze us in. My dog has chronic eye problems and while we were working to find the right medication for my dog, Dr. Kunzweiler took the initiative to call me and see how he was doing instead of waiting for me to call. We couldn't ask for more!
