The staff here are off the charts incredible! They took wonderful care of my senior Labrador Retriever, making sure I was kept informed throughout the procedure and assuaging my anxiety. There is a genuine warmth in the office and among the caretakers here. My lady Lab is usually a big, trembling chicken when it comes to visiting the vet, but this is the only office we've visited where she's not tucking her tail between her legs and ready to run. Thanks for the amazing support!
Dr. Nardi went above and beyond to stabilize and save Phoebe’s life. The entire staff’s level of expertise and compassion has been demonstrated throughout this challenge and Phoebe is in recovery from a state of critical condition to recovery toward her old self. Dr. Nardi researched and found solutions and protocols that made all the difference for her and we could not be more grateful! ❤️❣️
I'm very pleased with Veterinary Medical Center of Woodland Hills, especially with Analicia Rogel DVM. She was caring to my little fur baby, patient, thorough with her examination and informative. She was empathetic to my concerns and provided positive feedback for the well being of my fur baby. After this 1st visit , my fur baby has now a new Dr. Also, the facility was well kept, clean, and all staff was very attentive to my needs and questions. Look forward for future visits with my fur baby/Alfred :)
When I was a kid, Stan taught me not to fear spiders by gently putting a tarantula into my hand. 20 years later I brought him my guinea pig, who was poorly, and Stan fixed him up. Not many vets would care about a rodent, but Stan Kunin not only cared, he saved my guinea pig's life.
I love this place. Every person we encountered was truly caring and attentive. We did not feel rushed with our questions and they took time to calm our cats and show them love. I cannot recommend this vet highly enough.
