Our dog Phoebe was injured during evacuations and became paralyzed. Dr. Nardi and the staff at Veterinary Medical Center Woodland Hills went above and beyond initially to save her and then to help recover with treatment, guidance and care. Amazingly, Phoebe is scampering all over and has even hiked a trail (at her pace). She’s still recovering, but wow! It could have gone another way. We’re so appreciative!
Dr. Nardi went above and beyond to stabilize and save Phoebe’s life. The entire staff’s level of expertise and compassion has been demonstrated throughout this challenge and Phoebe is in recovery from a state of critical condition to recovery toward her old self. Dr. Nardi researched and found solutions and protocols that made all the difference for her and we could not be more grateful! ❤️❣️
The staff here are off the charts incredible! They took wonderful care of my senior Labrador Retriever, making sure I was kept informed throughout the procedure and assuaging my anxiety. There is a genuine warmth in the office and among the caretakers here. My lady Lab is usually a big, trembling chicken when it comes to visiting the vet, but this is the only office we've visited where she's not tucking her tail between her legs and ready to run. Thanks for the amazing support!
Veterinary Medical Center was super-professional and friendly on our first visit for our sweet MalShi one and a half year old pup. We had our appointment with Dr. Nardi and her staff assistant who was awesome. They addressed our problem and explained every clearly. We had a very positive visit and will return as soon as needed.
Dr. Latos saw my dog for the first time & I felt that we were in very competent, professional hands. He addressed the several issues I was concerned about without suggesting expensive blood tests, which I so appreciated. We have eye drops and have been instructed as to how to wean my dog off Prozac.
