Something has changed since 2013...now 2017 and trying to get sick dog in was told no...short staffed...very rudely told.. Something seems wrong or everyone is over stressed at the office. A friend has been with them for 11 years and had the same experience just today. Hope all is well and things at office get better. Will still take dogs here but something feels off.
