I enjoyed the experience and was happy to see the receptionist, where I first made inquiries was working where I now take the dogs. She remembered me and was interested in their story thus far.
AMAZING service and pricing. All staff truely love and care for your pet with FREE check up appointments and also going out of their way to call throughout the week to check up on them. Truely an amazing environment and wonderful caring staff. 10/10 Salem says thank you!!
As a vet, their service to my cat, has been good. However, recently, their wellness plan has changed. Now, their is not worming and flea treatment provided, for the animals. The plan fee has increased, and service has fallen. This is not conducive of value for money, which in times of cost of living is increasing, this makes a customer, reevaluate the service provider, and likely going somewhere else. If other customers do that, then your profits will fall.
Absolutely love this place! Amazing staff, very professional and great customer service, staff are very sweet to both pets and humans. Probably the only place in Perth that works with rats and i’m very glad i took my babies here as they have been given good care.
Vetwest Rockingham always provide patient, loving and expert help to my three dogs. Kylie the vet in charge of my three dogs is always so thorough with her checks and consistently helps us to keep our beloved pets in good condition. The fact that my dogs are always happy to go to the vet is enough proof that they trust the team and have had a good experience with them too.
