Awesome service. I had a sick dog and my regular vet said they were fully booked and couldn’t see him. Vetwest shuffled things around and squeezed us in. I will not go back to Warnboro the service at Vetwest was way better and much cleaner.
The whole team did a great job with my three baby bunnies! They all had a health check up, weigh in and vaccination by Dr Laura and their teeny tiny nails were clipped so well by one of the nurses and then I was charged exactly what I had been quoted a few weeks prior which made things very easy.
Vetwest isn’t our usual vet, but we managed to get a last minute appointment for my dog’s ear infection. We saw Dr Andy, who was absolutely fantastic. He gave Busta a really thorough check, showed genuine care and empathy, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely recommend. FYI Dr Andy is usually located at the VW Clinic in Cockburn.
The staff at vetwest are all amazing. They went above and beyond to help my cat and my family when we needed it the most. They are all so caring and understanding I certainly will be using them again.
We love Dr.Kylie,, well, she might make Bentley nervous haha, but she offers good sound advice and has such a kind heart.
