The whole team did a great job with my three baby bunnies! They all had a health check up, weigh in and vaccination by Dr Laura and their teeny tiny nails were clipped so well by one of the nurses and then I was charged exactly what I had been quoted a few weeks prior which made things very easy.

We brought our dog in for an ear infection, the vet was so thorough with information, guidance on what to do, how to administer the drop. Gave me prices and options straight away. She even did the ear sample test infront of me, which I really appreciated . where at all the other vets I’ve taken her to , my dog was taken away. From the phone call to book my appointment, to the welcome and care George received from Aleisha the vet nurse, then the consult from Ben, who was amazingly thorough, very personable and also very knowledgeable.. then also at the end of my appointment Christine was also very helpful, along with a follow up call a few days later. All in all, a very positive visit with top quality staff! Thank you Vetwest Rockingham!

First rang for appointment to get my dog serialised, was told email would be sent out regarding procedure, no information on phone call or any email sent , had to return call to get information. After surgery was completed picked up dog and was assured phone call would be done to follow up on how she was doing, no phone call ???

Vet West Rockingham staff were all approachable and friendly. We were informed of everything our pooch was having. Recommend to anyone wanting a safe environment for their pet.
