Thankyou for looking after our little girl Kandice with a procedure to remove a lump last week. Your wonderful staff cared for her so well. They are professional, bright, welcoming and calming and I trust them completely with our furbaby.
Go elsewhere. The pricing difference for a vaccination between our usual vet and here was huge. A whopping 175%. When I called to question I was informed that pricing is set amongst all the Vetwest branches. The saying that you fleece a sheep for life but you can only skin it once is true. I'll be returning to my usual vet in future. Check their prices against other vets before you book.
I witnessed an entitled member of the public arrive at this practice, (prying the doors open instead of reading the polite sign to press the button for entry), demanding a medication for their pet while making up an obviously false narrative regarding the loss of the medication they were requesting. Very happy with our dog’s dental work and the love and care she received. Also took my cat there with a bad cold and she responded well to the prescribed medication and is back on track. Both pets enjoyed their visit there and I highly recommend the staff here and their kindness and compassion.
Just had to have my beautiful girl put down. 17 yrs old. The compassion and professionalism shown by the staff, particularly Dr Rob was exemplary. They made a bad day as soft a landing place as possible. Thankyou team. RIP Milly.
