Awesome service. I had a sick dog and my regular vet said they were fully booked and couldn’t see him. Vetwest shuffled things around and squeezed us in. I will not go back to Warnboro the service at Vetwest was way better and much cleaner.
Although the vist was OK I couldn't help feeling like the vet was trying to up sell me everything in one breath my 16 year old staffy is very muscular and strong for his age and in the next breath he needs all these things .. then they wanted to perform major surgeries on his teeth ... I'm no expert but at 16 years old that seems rather dangerous .. then we get to payment now while the appointment is reasonably the same how can vetwest justify a jump of 30 odd dollars for a script from what I can see it's a piece of paper t... read more
The whole team did a great job with my three baby bunnies! They all had a health check up, weigh in and vaccination by Dr Laura and their teeny tiny nails were clipped so well by one of the nurses and then I was charged exactly what I had been quoted a few weeks prior which made things very easy.
We love Dr.Kylie,, well, she might make Bentley nervous haha, but she offers good sound advice and has such a kind heart.
Vetwest isn’t our usual vet, but we managed to get a last minute appointment for my dog’s ear infection. We saw Dr Andy, who was absolutely fantastic. He gave Busta a really thorough check, showed genuine care and empathy, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely recommend. FYI Dr Andy is usually located at the VW Clinic in Cockburn.
