My mom seems to be fitting in just fine. The first few weeks were rough, but she seems to be acclimating to her new home. The staff is friendly and they do keep the patients and facility clean. The variety of food is good. They do have several activities, so that is also good. All memory care facilities are expensive. But if they are safe and well taken care of, it is worth it.
I went there to visit my daughter... It was super clean and organized in a home setting... Everyone was nice and professional.. they looked professional also... The residents were out and just wondering and doing what they wanted so I thought that was nice also...

The outings are top tier. We do a lot of fun things that a lot of other facilities don't do. I've toured other facilities & no one else compares!

Our family had an in person tour with Vicinia Gardens and I liked the community, it had a nice atmosphere. Beautiful outdoor space for residents to explore. Food smelled so good.
From the first day the staff at Vicinia have been well trained, professional, personal, and accommodating! Moving mom there has been the best decision I've made since her battle with Alzheimer's began. Thank you Vicinia!!
We moved my mother to Vicinia Gardens in [date removed]. The building and my moms apartment are the perfect size, but its really the people that I love so much. I cannot say enough about how kind and wonderful everyone is! Within 2 weeks we saw a significant improvement in mom's communication and social skills. I credit the Vicinia staff for this! The tour guides were excellent and really made the place feel wholesome and inviting atmosphere. They were very thorough and answered all my questions I had. All the residents I met during the tour seemed like they really enjoyed the place and were very happy. The workers of the facility were very nice and welcoming.

The most caring and wonderful staff ever. They were kind and as gentle as possible with my mom. They went out of their way to provide foods that she would like. It's a clean and fresh smelling environment. I did not regret having her stay there and never felt like she wasn't being well taken care of.
