I had an appointment with Carmen on Thursday. She was lovely and reassured me as I was feeling rather nervous. She listened to what I had to say and talked me through the procedure, saying if I needed her to stop, just to raise my hand. All went well and my teeth & mouth feel a lot fresher now. I would recommend her to all of your patients
