I'd like someone to know how appreciative I am of your service department. I was at Holden Beach last week on vacation with my 90 year old mother when my van had a serious issue on Thursday. We were heading home Sunday morning so my options were severely limited. I arrived Friday morning with no appt and begged for help. This was my first time using the Victory Jeep service department for my 2018 Wrangler JK. After getting prices from several local shops for coolant change and thermostat replacement I choose Victory. Everything went well at the service appointment. Found out later that the new thermostat was defective. These folks had the new thermostat ordered and installed at my convenience and at no charge. I’ll definitely be back for future service work.

The entire buying experience was quick. Todd our salesperson was not pushy at all and helped us tremendously with our purchase. The Finance Manager was friendly and very thorough and was not pushy. We will only buy our vehicles from them from now on. We we were about to purchase from Carmax but they definitely earned our business.
