It took too long to get an appointment to check and see what I needed and then it took another two or three weeks to get the part in and I couldn't drive my car during this time because of the shimmy. Once the part came in, everything went quickly. Once the park came in, it took another couple weeks, but then it only took an hour to put to part in
According to the service department oil change reminder sticker, my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited interval is 5,000 miles. During the 5,000 mile oil change interval I must add 7 quarts of oil to keep the oil level in the safe range. Oil consumption tests have been performed. After 1,000 miles the oil level was noted to be in the middle of the safe range. Therefore the oil consumption I notice does not agree with the oil consumption test. I didn't like being charged to replace parts that were possibly fine and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my vehicle
Lisa's needs help communicating with customers and replying to text messages or returning call. Never once was I told they charge to check tire pressure light or I wouldn't have had them do it. Other places check this free essentially if you get your tires there. She says I had an hour labor but she charged me 30 mins. For what? I was told all my lug nuts were swelled and rusted. Service is always good, BUT every time I get a tire rotation, they never adjust the tire pressure and I have to do it when I get home. 60 psi in the front and 80 psi for the rear
Overpriced service, they also wanted to charge $650 to replace spark plugs.
