Our experience with Victory was excellent. The salesman explained everything to us. We did get the phone call to schedule the installation the Preinstall inspector came to the house and double checked everything. The day of the installation crew arrived. They were quick they worked hard. Everything went very very well. The fact that Victory warranties the window, and the installation together was a major point for us. In addition the lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend Victory.
