The best restaurant in Indianapolis. You have a choice of a 7 course tasting menu for the table, or selecting from a 4 course dinner with 3 or more selections per course. We chose 4 course dinners per person with wine pairings (optional). Everything is outstanding. The portion sizes and wine pours are not huge., so this makes for a nice dinner that is heavy on flavor and not overfilling. Pricey, but everything is exceptional. The menu changes with the season. Always a great experience at Vida. We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail in everything they do, from the service to the food. Every visit feels welcoming, and the quality and consistency are second to none. Credit to Chef Thomas and the entire kitchen team for continually delivering outstanding meals. I first went to Vida in 2017 after hearing about their AAA Four Diamond Award. I honestly went in a little skeptical, ready to joke about the plating sizes and be a contrarian about the whole experience. That ended pretty quickly once I experienced the level of service, the ambiance, the hydroponic wall they pulled greens from to dress the plates, the cocktails, and the attention to detail throughout the restaurant. Incredible experience, from start to finish. The tasting menu offered a perfect progression of flavors, and the quality of ingredients was superb. The service was seamless and professional, and the wine pairings were perfectly curated to match each course. Was one of the experiences we enjoy the most when we were in Indianapolis.
