I first went to Vida in 2017 after hearing about their AAA Four Diamond Award. I honestly went in a little skeptical, ready to joke about the plating sizes and be a contrarian about the whole experience. That ended pretty quickly once I experienced the level of service, the ambiance, the hydroponic wall they pulled greens from to dress the plates, the cocktails, and the attention to detail throughout the restaurant. Incredible experience, from start to finish. The tasting menu offered a perfect progression of flavors, and the quality of ingredients was superb. The service was seamless and professional, and the wine pairings were perfectly curated to match each course. Was one of the experiences we enjoy the most when we were in Indianapolis.
