Our favorite restaurant in Indy never disappoints. Service and quality of food is consistently outstanding.
Without hyperbole, it was the best meal I’ve ever had. Ever. I tried every dish without preconception, allowing myself to experience everything as designed by Chef Melvin and his team of chefs. What that awarded me was a meal unlike any other. There were new flavors, unique textures, and combinations that I could’ve never imagined. Chicken Liver Mousse? Sounds off-putting. Possibly the best dining experience we've had in Indianapolis. Should have a Michelin Star. Get in before they get one and you can't get in. The food was fantastic (full tasting menu), and the staff gets extra credit for engagement and knowledge.
We sat at the bar as it was the only available seating, but don’t be fooled - not having a table doesn’t in any way impact the food and experience. In fact, we will probably choose to sit at the bar next time! Shanna and Josh provided impeccable service and made the dining experience memorable. The food, of course, was the star of the show.
