My wife and I had their tasting menu last night and it was one of the best dining experiences of our lives. In fact, every course was at or near the pinnacle of like dishes for both of us, something we established after three courses when my wife exclaimed, "that is the best scallop I've ever had." Our server, Thomas, explained why the scallops were only seared on one side and how we might reproduce at least that element of their preparation at home. Vida is a personal favorite of mine. It is always an incredible experience. The service and presentation are second to none. The food is extraordinary.

Recently enjoyed a gourmet meal at Vida. Each of the 4 courses and Amuse-bouche were outstanding. Portions were small so as not to overwhelm. Service was fantastic and sets a standard for Indy. Unfortunately, the couple seated inches away were very loud and seeking of attention that detracted from the experience. (Hard to ignore). Prepare by asking for a credit card extension ;)
