We have been to Vida on several occasions and had a wonderful meal. Sorry to say, on this particular night I think they took to many reservations and couldn’t handle it. We arrived 1hour early for our 8:15 reservation so that we would enjoy a drink outside. Cocktails were wonderful! We weren’t seated until 8:45pm and my request for a table in the bar couldn’t be honored. Expensive. While good, not sure it was worth the price.
Second time here. Went with the tasting menu both times and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
Maybe a little expensive but that depends on what you order. This is easily the best restaurant in Indy. We can't wait to get back.
The food was excellent mixing flavour presentation and taste. We had the best waiter. They was quite rainy and cool and he provided as blankets. A first for me. He was extremely helpful with the menu. Portions are not too big so you could enjoy the next course. They grow their own greens so used through out the plates with a touch of green or a delicate flower. They have recently redecorated. There are high ceilings and lovely fire place. Vida would hold its own in any major big US city. Excellent food, excellent service, fabulous ambience. Almost certainly my favorite Indy fine dining restaurant. Don't hesitate, just go!!!
