RecommendedWe shopped several pool stores before purchasing from Riken. Their price was competitive and we love that it's a family run business where the owner actually does the installation. We stop in regularly to have our water tested and they are great at explaining what adjustments need to be made and why. They stand by their products as well. We had an issue with the ladder we purchased and they swapped it out. It's been a great experience purchasing from them.

RecommendedI want to give a shout out to Jason and Jon. Jon came and did the design of our pool and everything went flawless. Jason on the other hand has been handling any warranty issues. I know things happen equipment goes bad and that is why there is warranty. Jason however goes above and beyond.
