Jen was wonderful and extremely prompt with all her responses to help us. And Craig took the time to come assist to fix the issue without us even asking. Beyond grateful for all the help even after the purchase of the pool is complete. Highly recommend!

RecommendedWent to Liverpool and spa looking for a 21 foot round pool. John Casson the sales man had that in stock ready to go the same day. He knew the names of all the pools he knew the names of all the liners. He gave me any option I wanted. Four years later after that crazy winter, we had my liner ripped. So I contacted John again. He had a new liner ready to go immediately. I will continue to go to Liverpool and spa because of the great service and communication. Thank you John!!

RecommendedWe just had a pool put in by Miguel from Seaside Custom Pools who is also a Verdana Resident.... He did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. Miguel was here everyday on top of everything. He sent me weekly schedules of the work getting done and kept every promise made. The entire yard project only took 8 weeks which is a lot faster then we had expected. We can't say enough about him and his wife who also is very involved with many aspects of the work getting done.
