RecommendedPreferred pools and spas came out for a service call and everything couldn’t be more perfect. Cody replaced the control pad, the main jet, and they weren’t coming to fix one of the heaters, but they saw it wasn’t working properly and replaced that. It was under warranty after 3 1/2 years and they were very kind and great with their service. I highly recommend them, and I highly recommend patience with a high maintenance system. We love our year round swimspa! And I recommend the 19!

I valued Bob's years of experience and his advice regarding design, tile, plaster and pavers. From start to finish the entire team was professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient.
