We had big gaps around the pool where the mastic was (the previous homeowner had patched it over 10+ yrs ago) some places on the plaster where it had some cracking, and some of the tile had literally fallen into the pool this past winter after a short freeze. From the first meeting at their showroom, Dan walked us through the entire process, and helped us every step of the way. We are beyond happy with our purchase.
