RecommendedWent to Mike for a chlorinator issue, and as usual he was spot on. Mine leaked, he gave us options, took the time to show me what to try, and how to address the issue. Not just sell me another one. Which was not off the table for me. Always great advice & help. We are in Seymour and pass numerous pool stores, these folks treat us right.
RecommendedGreat outdoor kitchen patio built by them. We couldn't be happier
RecommendedOutstanding experience from start to finish with Denali pools. Our Designer Ray and Construction Superintendent Sam were phenomenal. Ray took our initial design and materially improved it with recommendations we had not considered. He went the extra mile and ensured we received exactly what we wanted. Sam took the plan and realized our dream; he communicated throughout the build and ensured every detail was accomplished to exacting standards. Our pool was finished on time and more importantly every aspect of construction was... read more

RecommendedCame in clutch for us, before i knew about Bailey pools we had another pool builder that was arrested and did not even start. Bailey Pools was able to get started right away for us and did an excellent job! We have had the pool two years now and zero problems. He has always answered any questions i have had two years later! He doesn’t just install the pool and you never hear from again. He makes sure you’re satisfied.
RecommendedFowler’s Pools has been servicing my pool for about 2 1/2 years. They have a great group of employees. They are conscientious in keeping the pool performing at top level. One of the most impressive parts of Fowler’s Pools is their quality control. They have a field manager come out and check to make sure that the techs are doing their jobs and looking for problems, etc. Talk about outstanding Customer Service. I would happily recommend Fowler’s Pools for your pool needs.
RecommendedGage and Caleb did a great job working together and sharing the information about my maintenance services as well as the other options available to keep my unit functioning
RecommendedI have been dealing with Anthony for months now. We had to hold off due to selling our condo. We have been talking by text and he's been kind, patient and very up front answering TONS of questions. We considered a jacuzzi as a first choice until we visited his showroom a few weeks ago...best thing we could have done. Anthony was great and we ended up getting a great deal on a new M8. Tuesday it will be delivered and we couldn't be happier with our decision. YES, we're buying a hot tub but more importantly we're purchasing fr... read more
