RecommendedShout out to the guys at Hot Tub Factory Outlet. I found that the mother board on my older hot tub had burned up one of the terminals going to the heating element. After calling them they looked in the back and didn't have my exact parts in stock but did have a broken tub in the back that looked as though the mother board was good. With them not being able to test it out, they pulled it and gave it to me to try. After installing it in my tub and running a few tests we are back up and running again. RecommendedGreat group of people to work with. We had a good sized project with a pool, turf, sod, and concrete. The team worked with us daily from a great design all the way to completion. As you know, with a large project, "something" will come up that is not perfect or ideal. How a company deals with that "something" says more about them than the perfect parts of a project.
