RecommendedGreat customer service! The owner made sure everything was done correct and with timely manner. Very responsive as well.
RecommendedIt has been a year since John and Emerald Coast Fiberglass Pool installed our pool. Since then we have been nothing but happy with it. Not just the initial install (from ground break to swimming 3 weeks). The professional attitude of the installers and both contractors (concrete and electrical), but in the year since John and the team at Emerald Cost Pools have answered every silly question, and pointed me in the direction of any help that I needed. RecommendedGreat experience from concept to execution. Finished the project over a month ahead of schedule, with weather delays! Communication from all team members along the way and happy with our decision in choosing this pool builder.
RecommendedI couldn't recommend them more! The best customer service and so friendly, it is very appreciated.
Recommendedthe best and very professional
RecommendedMac and his team built us a beautiful pool, backyard landscape, and firepit! His team was extremely attentive to our wants and needs and the pool has provided us with lots of awesome memories. We are always complemented on how amazing our backyard (pool, yard, etc) looks. Thank you Fair & Square Pools!!!
RecommendedSpecial Thanks to the team at Kentucky Classic Pools! I was in need of support to help complete a pool project that was left incomplete, and these guys helped me every step of the way. Quick to respond and great at follow up, it was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences with other companies. I would highly recommend Scott and his team.
RecommendedDefinitely recommend for now on came out got our pool ready and opened and showed us how to clean the pool correctly since first time doing it all on our own

We owed them thousands in downpayment and time invested when our HOA, at the 11th hour, denied us permission to build our project (no fault of Smoky Mountain Deck Builders). This company just sent us a check to reimburse us the money they "felt like it wasn't right to accept". This level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. I'm telling everyone... read more
