RecommendedThank you so much to this wonderful and friendly company. There was a tornado in the area and I stopped at the closest business I could find. They welcomed me with a cup of coffee and offered a place of safety while the storm passed. As a realtor, I was unconsciously paying attention to how they handled business on the phone and they were showing care and concern for their pool guys and technicians in the field. I can’t wait to send my next homeowner to them…if this is how they treat a perfect stranger, I’m certain they will... read more
RecommendedBest. Pool. Builder. EVER!! What more can I say? I am extremely happy with the overall final pool product that Poe Pools designed and built for me. From start to finish, I knew where we were in the build process, and the craftsmanship and workmanship of Poe, and all of his trade professionals is top notch! I like to leave factual base reviews instead of opinions, so here goes: I was provided with information during the entire build process regarding what stage and who would be here to do what part of the job. Excavation in... read more
RecommendedWe are very happy with our pool, they did an amazing job with capturing exactly what we were looking for with our design. We were very pleased with not just the job but with the knowledge and the professionalism. Highly recommended!! We look forward to sending more people your way!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
RecommendedWe live in Artesan Lakes, Palmetto, and started looking for a pool installation company about six months. I called six companies with only two responses. How frustrating! One callback was Frank, from Premier Pools. My husband and I knew from the first time we met Frank, that we were going to have this company install the pool. To say our pool is outstanding, is an underestimate of their work. We were thinking a little out of the box with a Freeform pool, vase waterfalls, and spritzers. We also had a very small lanai and want... read more
RecommendedOur entire pool experience with the entire team at Premier Pools was great. Mike and Tina are a real joy to work with and truly partner with you the whole way. I have been reading many of their reviews over the past year and it saddens me to see such nastiness towards 2 people that really will do everything in their power to always make it right. My advice to anyone that is going to have a pool installed, remember most happy people don’t run to Google to write their reviews. I have been meaning to write this for them for ove... read more
RecommendedI would give 10 stars if I could, I truly am so impressed and can’t say enough good things about them and my experience. From my first frantic call when I discovered my pool was empty to the completion of a new liner and re-closing in the middle of winter, Clayton was always honest, upfront, knowledgeable, and communicative. The day the team did the brunt of the work, the whole team was so light hearted and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. I’m so grateful that they saved my pool and I’ll be using them for all future p... read more
RecommendedGeorge and his crew did an amazing job on our pool!
RecommendedThe process was easy from start to finish. We’ve done several construction jobs before so I was expecting the same old frustrations, but I’ve not had any through this experience. Really happy with everything and the pool looks beautiful.
