RecommendedAnde and his crew were fantastic! Very communicative during the estimate/design process. Once things got moving they were quick to make progress and answered all my questions about the ins and outs of the process of excavation, construction, finishing, and maintenance. They kept me updated on estimated time of completion and stuck close to it. They were flexible with reasonable changes throughout the process which made things easy to alter to our liking throughout construction. Every aspect of the pool came out amazing, the ... read more
RecommendedWe are on our third pump in two months, but Brent has taken care of everything that we’ve had issues with very promptly. Service after the sale has been great! Stephen was great when helping us open our pool. And Dale was so informative and friendly when servicing our pump.
RecommendedJust about to wrap up my first season and looking forward to many more. APS did a great job installing my fiberglass pool. Very professional and easy to work with.
RecommendedI LOVE this place and the staff! Went in yesterday and was very impressed by all of the new pet lines they carry! They are all from small business and nothing you would ever find in a box store. Now I can go to Mock to not only spoil my babies with fins I can spoil my fur babies too!
RecommendedAll Seasons really made the process of building our dream pool/backyard an enjoyable experience. Anytime we had questions on how to operate our new pool system they were there to answer any and all questions. We get so many compliments how beautiful our pool is. I highly recommend them.
RecommendedJust got our hot tub last week, and it has been working great. The guys who installed it were wonderful and this is probably the best customer service I have ever received. Very happy with our product.
RecommendedCall to J&M was answered by "Liz" who was covering for the lunch hour and provided the most detailed answers to my questions, plus covered provisions provided by the company. I was impressed! The opening took place resulting in a major disappointment on need to replace the liner because of a leak that had occurred. The Project Manager, for liner replacement, Ben Marshall returned calls, site viewed the pool, tracked the liner order, and updated on an unexpected delay. Ben was constant as well as resilient in his delivery of ... read more
RecommendedBuilding a pool was a big decision for us however, we have been so happy that we decided to build with Pool Concepts! In the beginning they were so up front with everything from timelines, expectations, and their commitment to making our dreams a reality. We knew when we started the process it was crazy due to COVID. We had to be patient because of supply and demand issues but again we were thankful that it was all discussed up front so when things came up we felt totally prepared. We absolutely love our pool and spa! The de... read more
RecommendedThe customer service was absolutely fantastic! So pleased with the finishes. I referred a co worker and got a free palm tree out of it. I would definitely use Horizon if I built again. They started digging in May and we were swimming by July
