RecommendedParadise Pools came and installed my Inground pool in 2010. Everything went very smooth from purchasing and them coming In a timely manner and doing the install. Shane is top notch on his pool knowledge. His work is professional and he stands behind it. I had some issues about 4 years later and he came and helped me get everything back in order. I needed a new pump and filter system, not his fault I had used one I had from another system. Our pool lasted 9 years until we had a rough storm that put my fence through the liner.... read more
RecommendedWhen we went to pick out a hot tub, the lady that works there, her name is Abby. Super fantastic personality. Extremely helpful and patient with any and all questions. Put us at complete ease on purchasing. The guys showed up today with the spa and were extremely professional. Put it all into place and gave us more information on how to run it. The phone app I believe is going to be extremely helpful and easy to use. I would highly recommend going through them to anybody. Can’t wait to use our spa tomorrow night.
RecommendedWe have built three pools and this was our first time with Backyard Amenities! Sure wish we had found them sooner. Best experience we have ever had! We are in love with our new pool! Every step from design to orientation was easy and enjoyable! Thank you so much!
RecommendedTroy and his team did our pool and I must say I had A LOT of worries and Troy took care of it the whole way out and still answers the phone when I have a question! We got the lagoon shaped 34,000 gallon pool and Troy recommend fountains after learning I loved to hear the water run in the winter. We could not be happier! They started early and finished timely! Thank you CPS! Y’all were worth the wait!!
RecommendedExcellent service! We have worked with Teserra for many years and they are excellent to work with! Great customer service, and their work is exceptional.
RecommendedThese guys were amazing. I couldn’t have received a better product my pool is amazing. Most important these guys were great at communication during the entire process. With all the craziness in the world, these guys went above and beyond to stay in communication with us. That meant the world to me. Love these guys and already referring them into my neighbors.
RecommendedTL;DR Version: Fabulous Experience, Great Communication, Unbeatable Knowledge Long version: I'll tell you: whatever these guys promised, they delivered. I, like so many others, started looking at having a pool installed when COVID hit in 2020. Of all the places I contacted in a 100 mile radius, few responded, and the others that responded didn't really want to earn my business anyway. My back yard has a slight slope on it and I needed to know whether I needed to plan for a retaining wall or not. Justin (the owner) and hi... read more
RecommendedWe absolutely love our pool from Backyard Vacation Oasis! Howard and his team really take pride in their work and it shows in their finished product. The building process was efficient and contractors and employees were friendly and professional. Anytime we had questions or concerns they were quick to explain and resolve if needed. We look forward to enjoying our pool for many years to come. If you’re on the fence about this company, go for it!
RecommendedI did a lot of research prior to having my pool built. After meeting with Joanna Huerta I fully understand why river mist pools become the number one pool builder in Ellis County. she explained in detail what to expect and put me with Andrew Gamm who came out to my house and listen to our needs and concerns. Andrew designed the perfect pool for my backyard. during the build process the project was handed over to Billy Ferguson who oversaw the entire build from start to finish. Billy did an outstanding job to insure everythin... read more
